Warning Points System


Okay, so here's the deal with the warning points. Basically, every time you break a rule, you get slapped with some points. Get enough of those points, and you're looking at a ban - either for a few days, weeks, or even forever.

But here's the cool part: if you manage to keep your nose clean for 30 days after getting in trouble, those points start to vanish. It's like a second chance for being a good player. So, keep it cool, follow the rules, and you'll be back in the clear before you know it!

Roleplay Rules (R)

R.1.0 - Vehicle Death Match (VDM) - 10 Points
Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g., running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered VDM.

R.1.1 - Random Death Match (RDM) - 10 Points
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. Ensure you create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.

R.1.2 - Breaking Roleplay - 5 Points
You must remain in character at all times unless a uniformed Admin authorizes you to speak out of character.

R.1.3 - No Value of Life (NVL) - 10 Points
Always value your life. If you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage, you should comply with demands.

R.1.4 - Non-Consensual Sexual RP - 50 Points
Any perceived non-consensual sexual contact must be consented to out of character by all parties and staff must be made aware via a TXNRP Discord ticket prior to this RP taking place.

R.1.5 - Unrealistic Driving - 5 Points
Unrealistic driving is not permitted. This includes performing unrealistic stunts, driving off cliffs, and driving at excessive speeds in urban areas. During police chases, excessive speed is permitted. If you experience an accident, roleplay the consequences.

R.1.6 - OOC Roleplay - 5 Points
Do not use OOC chat to broadcast events you observe, such as announcing plans for a robbery.

R.1.7 - Baiting - 10 Points
Do not take deliberate actions to create scenarios that result in being chased or engaged with, especially to cause a firefight.

R.1.8 - Being In Character - 5 Points
Keep in-character issues within the game and real-life issues outside the game. You are not your character, and they are not you.

R.1.9 - Transferring Money/Items - 10 Points
Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

R.2.0 - Interfering With Roleplay - 5 Points
Do not interfere with any roleplay that you are not a part of.

R.2.1 - Combat Logging - 10 Points
Do not leave during active scenes to avoid item loss or jail sentences.

R.2.2 - Meta Gaming - 10 Points
Do not use information from external sources like live streams or YouTube videos in-game.

R.2.3 - Power Gaming - 10 Points
Do not force unrealistic scenarios, such as demanding bank money while holding someone hostage or using a vehicle while cuffed.

R.2.4 - Military RP - 5 Points
Do not engage in any type of military RP, including wearing military uniforms.

R.2.5 - Trolling - 20 Points
Trolling of any type will not be tolerated and will be punished accordingly.

Forum Rules (F)

F.1.0 - Respect Others - 5 Points
Treat all forum members with respect. Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, and discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other factor.

F.1.1 - No Spamming - 3 Points
Avoid posting irrelevant or repetitive content that does not contribute to the discussion. This includes excessive promotion of products or services.

F.1.2 - Stay On Topic - 5 Points
Keep discussions relevant to the forum category or thread topic. Avoid derailing threads with unrelated content.

F.1.3 - Use Appropriate Language - 3 Points
Use clear and appropriate language in all posts and discussions. Avoid profanity, explicit content, or any material that may be considered offensive.

F.1.4 - Respect Privacy - 10 Points
Do not share personal information about other members without their consent. Respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing private messages or any other confidential information.

F.1.5 - No Illegal Activities - 50 Points
Do not engage in or promote illegal activities on the forum, including but not limited to piracy, hacking, or any other unlawful behavior.

F.1.6 - Follow Moderator Instructions - 5 Points
Respect the instructions and decisions of forum moderators. If a moderator asks you to edit or remove content, cooperate accordingly.

F.1.7 - Report Violations - 3 Points
If you encounter any violations of the forum rules, report them to the moderators using the appropriate channels. Do not attempt to enforce the rules yourself.

Discord Rules (D)

D.1.0 - Spam or Mic Spam - 5 Points
Do not spam or mic spam in any text or voice channels.

D.1.1 - Sound/Music Spam - 5 Points
Playing sounds or music in any channel is prohibited unless in private channels. Follow the pinned messages in each text/voice channel for specific rules.

D.1.2 - Derogatory Terms - 20 Points
Do not use racial slurs, homophobic slurs, or derogatory terms in any text or voice channels.

D.1.3 - Advertisements - 5 Points
Do not advertise anything in any text or voice channels.

D.1.4 - Slander - 10 Points
Do not slander anyone in any text or voice channels.

D.1.5 - Reporting - 5 Points
Report players using the relevant channels and commands, not in standard text chat or Discord channels.

D.1.6 - File Distribution - 10 Points
Do not distribute harmful files or documents.

D.1.7 - Maturity - 5 Points
Maintain maturity at all times, even when a staff member is not present.
