Hi, during the week people are extremely busy with work and or school so some people don't have time to get on, usually the server picks up around weekend and or during the week.

To answer your question, Jake pretty much nailed it on the head. Some days are very quiet due to school and work related things.
Often though, weekday nights start to pick up around 3-5pm (I'm in Eastern Standard Timezone).
Weekends are definitely where the majority of players are on though as Jake had mentioned.
