Race track / Drag strip

could we maybe get a Nas car race track built where the horse track is and get the dirt turned to pavement and also have a drag strip in the middle of the Nas car track so everyone can race doing drag or track racing so we don't always have to get in trouble for racing on streets. thank you hope to maybe see a nice track one day.
