RadioUI Scaling

Make it so the RadioUI will only show slots for the amount of slots/people there are on duty. Instead of having this blue box go down 10 slots by default, it would only show the amount of slots needed for the amount of people on duty.

I like this, I also think that having the ability to change the size of not only the radio but every UI-related thing there is on TX sort of like how the radar works. People who play in 1440p have their UI scaled down due to the UI limitations. Great idea.
