I would with 1, the isn't that much of a performance boost.

I say 2, I have it love it. Also comes with Gforce experience, which is what I use to record

It depends on a lot. Do you plan on using ray tracing at all? Do you wanna spend more for near enough similar performance? I would personally go with the cheaper option unless you plan on using the ray tracing cores of the GPU, cause if you don’t then there’s not really any point to a RTX card
