What is the CAD about?

People keep asking me "Do you happen to be in the CAD?" and I mean, I always say no but what's that about?

Cad is system that you create identity and if police ask you for your id, they can see what vehicles and guns are registered to you (you bave to register them) and they can see if you have any arrests, warrants, warnings or tickets

You select the Division you want. If you wanna be only civ, you select it and if you want to be police too you can select it. You can select what name you want what Identifier you want. you can change it later in the settings
